Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the unworn pair of shoes within 60 days of receiving the item for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please submit a return request HERE before you return the shoes so we can provide a prepaid shipping label (for Contiguous (Lower 48) US only) and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that you must include in the package. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. If you’d like a refund you can return the item at your own cost, or use our prepaid return label and we will refund you within 60 days, less $15 for the return service.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your unworn shoes for a different size or style of shoe, please submit a return request HERE before you return the shoes so we can provide a prepaid shipping label (for Contiguous (Lower 48) US only) and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that you must include in the package. CUSTOM MADE FOOTWEAR
Customized shoes, i.e. shoes that have been changed from the original model as pictured on our site cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. We strongly recommend using our Made to Fit program before placing your order. If the shoes are too tight we would be happy to stretch or re-last the shoes for you but you will be responsible for paying for the return postage.Â
We stress that any shoes ordered through our Custom Made program cannot be returned or exchanged.
BELTS, Â BAGS & OTHER ACCESSORIES
All items must be returned in NEW condition within 60 business days, please submit an RMA request HERE. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. If you’d like a refund you can return the item at your own cost, or use our prepaid return label and we will refund you less $15 for the return service.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. An unused gift certificate can be canceled by the purchaser within 10 days of the purchase date for refund to the original payment method only.
SHIPPING
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All in-stock items are shipped in 24-48 hours during business days. Orders placed by 1pm ET will typically ship the same day, orders placed after 1pm will ship in 24 hours, excluding weekends. International delivery is available for all orders, if you have questions please call us at 855-999-3544 or email us at customerservice@rancourtshoes.com. Free shipping is available for all orders over $95 with delivery addresses in the Contiguous (Lower 48) United States only. Return shipping is free for exchanges and returns for store credit, also only in the Contiguous United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping services through FedEx to most countries in the world. Please be aware that when your package reaches your country you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. Rancourt & Co. is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country's customs bureau; this includes transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Rancourt & Co. is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ships.
