The Bennett Trainer is built for comfort with laid-back style. The design is based on retro running shoes but constructed with modern materials and a slightly more modern aesthetic. The Bennett is your go-to casual footwear for work and weekends. Each pair is handcrafted from the finest leather, fully lined with leather lining, and include a foam padded tongue and collar for comfort and a tailored fit. We’ve also included our comfort foam footbed to keep your feet extra cozy. Last but not least is the Reltex Lactae Hevea “Heaven” outsole made from 100% natural latex rubber in the French Alps. This incredible outsole provides superior cushioning and shock absorption for your feet without sacrificing durability. Made in Maine, USA.

*sizing: we recommend ordering your normal Rancourt & Co. size. If you wear a wide (E or EE) then we recommend going 1/2 size up. The footbed is removable if you need additional space for a high volume foot.

Very nice!

My second pair from Rancourt! Very nice materials and design, and the natural undyed leather is really beautiful in person. I hope Rancourt brings it back for these shoes.

My only minor complaint was about the service in that there was some sort of manufacturing delay that was not communicated with me. I had to write emails to obtain the status after 3 months and no communication and it ended up taking almost 6 months for the shoes to be finished and delivered. I don't mind the longer wait time (the holidays coincided) but would have preferred that Rancourt mention this longer timeline either in the product page or early on in the process.
