Premium Resole

I sent one of my favorite Harrison Boots for resole. I was concerned about the boots, which is why I sent them to Rancourt which I have used before. While I worry about the boots being changed in someway, when they finally arrive back, they are like new but still feel like my boots when back on my feet. I love the Rancourt Premium Resole system where they give the boots a light facelift with new perfect soles but they really are the same friend you sent in. My only complaint is that they replaced my old silky leather laces with new (they were only 8 years old). Give me faith in the longevity of Rancourt products.

This service far exceeded my expectations. Got the premium resole and they look brand new. Quicker than expected and they just look…wow. Thanks, Rancourt, for having a good company and a good product.

Quality resole completed and has given my boots an extra level of comfort. The process had taken longer than the date I was given, and I had to inquire numerous times as to the status of the resole. This wasn’t a show stopper as I wasn’t in a hurry, but wish customer service was more transparent. Love supporting Rancourt, great shoes and boots in my closet!
